A Dog and his Duck
This is a dog truely obessed. The last time we saw him this crazy about a toy was when we gave him the bunny rabbit that made the same grunting noise as this duck. He sleeps with it, he eats with it near him, he even takes it outside when he's taking a sh*t. Seriously, we have to go buy him another one for Christmas, because today, he killed the grunting bag inside of it. He's still holding it though. As a matter of fact, when he's not chewing on it to make it grunt (which he believes is his way of killing it), he's licking it.

My Milo behaves very similarly w/ gibber-jabber toys (I had a selection of veggies for him, but I could only find the toys in one place in KY).
Siggy will get really attached to a toy for a little while, but I don't think it's with the obsessiveness that your doggie is showing.
How cute. He reminds me of the PetsMart commercial with BoBo. LOL!
Trey beat me to the punch - for a while we had this ugly brown fuzzy boot toy I got on clearence and Siggy fell in love. We'd ask him where his baby was and he'd get all excited and run around til he found it, then cuddle with it and chew on it.
that's adorable! is maggie jealous that her best friend has a new best friend?
My mom's dogs do this as well. Dee Dee used to have a gorilla (that was bigger than her head), and she would drag it EVERYWHERE, and chew or lick it. Then it just got so gross we had to get rid of it and she moped for weeks!
