Sorry I haven't posted since returning from Vegas, we were having a small baby crisis that needed to be dealt with.
While in Vegas, I was having brown spotting and cramping. It didn't seem like a big deal, I just thought I was walking too much. (Some days we were walking over 6 miles!) The first few days were were home, I wasn't having any problems. Then, the day of my doctor's appointment, I started bleeding red. Like my period had started.
I panicked. We rushed to the doctor and he did an ultrasound. The baby was fine. Strong heart beat, very active. They were concerned that my cervix was thinning. So I had to go to a specialist. They remeasured everything and didn't find any problems. The bleeding has stopped, except for brown spotting again, and the baby seems fine.
We don't have any answers on why I was having the bleeding. I'm just supposed to take it easy. Not bed rest. But trust me, I won't be doing anything taxing for the rest of the summer.
I promise to get a Vegas post up once I get the slide show of pictures together. We had a great time, we had some crazy drama there with the friends that went with us, and we didn't win big or lose big. But we did get out picture taken outside The Golden Nugget. :)

I am so relieved to hear the baby is strong and active!
You're going to have to start posting daily! Even "hi, I'm here, nothing to say" posts. Otherwise I start getting concerned and curious and wondering if things are okay.
But I'm so glad everything is going well and you had a great vacation! And you deserve the next 6 weeks of not doing much!!!
So glad the Nugget is okay. I would've totally freaked out with the red blood, too. I hope you keep status quo and no more craziness occurs!
And there is absolutely nothing wrong with laying around and reading a good novel or trashy romance as the case maybe ;)

Glad to hear that things are ok and that the baby is safe and sound. Hope the spotting goes away so you guys aren't freaking out and can enjoy everything going on.

Yikes that is scary! So glad to hear that both you and the Nugget are doing well. And you should totally lay on the couch watching reality tv and reading romance novels for the rest of the summer. I might even come join you for a couple days...I'll bring decaf frappaccinos!
