I've put Karen's list up and wanted to compare my own threshhold for spending. My numbers are in RED. :)
Haircut: $40 $60
Highlight: $75 $50
Candy Bar: $.65 $2
Oil Change: $22 $25
Lunch: $10 $15
Cocktail: $7 $3
Pizza: $13 $20
Speeding Ticket: $80 $0 (Any speeding ticket pisses me off)
Shoes: $50 $30
Boots: $75 $0 (I don't wear them!) So let's turn this to Designer Purse: $200
Sheet of Professional Photograph(s): $10 $0 (No kid yet. We'll see)
Glass of Coke at a restaurant: $2 $1.50
Gallon of Paint: $35 $35
So as we can all see, I'm a big spender. You should all hang out with me more. LOL!

but you are a cheap drinker!!
I agree with the speeding ticket. I think I am cheaper then both of you though. I only want to spend $15-$20 on an oil change. I will also often drink water out so I don't have to pay for the soda. LOL
I'm with Jen - I will often drink water. But that's for calories AND cost. I agree with speeding ticket, too.
$3 is cheap for a cocktail. Do you even find that anywhere? Or are you primarily a beer drinker?
Wow, $200 on a purse! I wanna see it!
Oh, and I like your new blog look and slideshow.
Wow, you must not drink out ever...
Here in Chicago $7 is pretty reasonable, but if you want something decent it's more like 10...
I cannot spend that much on a purse ($25 is my limit on both purses and shoes, though I will spend up to $80 shoes specifically for running because anything less often kills my feet).
What is your (and Karen's) spending threshholds on a gallon of gas?
What about monthly gas/electric?
Nice dinner out?
a cup of coffee?
a new dress?
a new book?
Just curious. :)
