Veronica Mars

Well, no one requested it, but since I'm so totally obsessed with it I decided to write an entry anyways.

If you haven't seen the show it's about a 17 year old girl whose best friend, Lily, winds up dead (don't worry I don't ruin anything by telling you that, it's on the back of the box). She is attempting to find who the real killer is, because the man behind bars seems "fishy". Veronica used to be a part of the popular crowd, but when her dad, the sheriff, accused Lily's dad of being the murderer she basically lost all of her friends.

Now her dad is a P.I. and she's a bad ass. She doesn't take crap from anyone at school and she's super smart and crafty about getting the things that she wants. Or getting even with people who mess with her. She says tons of witty things. I can't think of a single episode where I haven't laugh out loud. I guess I appreciate Veronica because she's my kind of gal. She just tells it how it is and she's able to convey herself in an overly sarcastic manner and yet she still has a sensitive side. Plus, there are lots of twists to the plot/her search.

We're almost finished with the first Season and we're going to lend it to friends, but if anyone wants it after them, let me know. I highly suggest you give it a try.
